Community Health Education Toolkit:
The Health Impacts of Fires in Urban Areas
This toolkit provides evidence-based information on the health impacts of wild land-urban interface (WUI) fires and practical steps to support physical and mental well-being before, during, and after a fire. Developed with input from a community advisory board following the 2025 Los Angeles Fires, it offers actionable guidance and resources for community members, healthcare professionals, and trusted messengers.
